Like the first three days of this Test match, the fourth day has also completely belonged to the England Team. Every session that they have played in this test has been phenomenal and have outclassed the Indian team in every department of the game. Their bowlers bowled exceptionally well on a batting friendly Rose Bowl wicket, their batsmen delivered whenever it mattered the most, and their fielding have been right up to the mark, whereas for India nothing out of the three have worked in this Test. Right from a listless bowling in the first innings to some bizarre display of batting in both the innings, Team India has certainly not lived up to its reputation.
What has been more disappointing is the approach by which Indian batsmen have played this game. There has been a clear lack of application from Team India and also some poor shot selection from the Indian batsmen that has proved costly for them. With already four key batsmen back in the pavilion, the game has already slipped out of the hands of the Indian team and a loss in this match looks inevitable.
Team India need to retrospect their game seriously after this Test and have to quickly make few changes in their combination as it has been a very sloppy performance from a very talented team.
