The Indian Cricket Team left displeased with the practice facilities at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Both captain Virat Kohli and coach Anil Kumble expressed their displeasure with the facilities at the stadium.

Their main concerns was the fast bowlers’ run-up area at the adjacent arena of the main stadium. The Indian bowlers failed to bowl with full tilt, which irked the Indian team management, as the area wasn’t adequate for them.
