The first one-dayer between India and England will see a start of a new era of the Indian cricket. Virat Kohli will lead the Indian team, while MS Dhoni will be playing as a wicketkeeper-batsman in the limited-overs format.
India have already won the Test under Kohli. England, however, are expected to give tough competition in the ODIs and the T20s. The England team will be hoping for a change in fortunes under captain Eoin Morgan.

The 1st ODI between India and England will take place at Pune’s Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium. India vs England 1st ODI will start at 13:30 IST (08:00 GMT). “The conditions (here) will be different from what we come up in Champions Trophy in England,” Ben strokes said. “In international cricket, you play around the world. You adapt to different conditions which is not difficult for us.”
“What type of wickets we get (here), whether they will be slow, low from watching one-day cricket in India on TV,” he added. “We are pretty good. We have to see what is ahead of us in terms of this series.”
