The Sri Lankan Cricket Board (SLC) has confirmed a three-match T20 series, starting February 9, ahead of the Asia Cup T20 and World T20, against India.
India are currently in Australia to play a five-match ODI series, post that they will take on the Aussies in a three-match T20 series.
The opening match of the T20 series against Sri Lanka will be played in Pune, followed by games in Delhi and Visakhapatnam.
“BCCI announced the venues for the three T20s against Sri Lanka in February 2016, before the World T20 which will be played in India. Sri Lanka T20s to be played in Visakhapatnam, Pune and Delhi,” SLC said.
“Sri Lanka will travel to India for three T20 internationals in February next year prior to the Asia Cup and the World Twenty20,” it added.

February 9 (Tuesday) – 1st T20 in Pune
February 12 (Friday) – 2nd T20 in Delhi
February 14 (Sunday) – 3rd T20 in Visakhapatnam
