Asia Cup Schedule: India to open Campaign against Bangladesh

The Asia cup schedule has been announced, and India will lock horns with hosts Bangladesh in the tournament opener on February 24 at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.

Team India will be facing archrivals Pakistan in a weekend bout at the same stadium on February 27, and defending champions Sri Lanka on March 1.

This will be the first time Asia Cup will be played in a T20 format owing to the World T20 that will be starting right after this tournament.

Apart from the four full members, Afghanistan, UAE, Hong Kong and Oman will be playing a qualifying tournament for a place in the main round.
