Allrounder Hardik Pandya has sustained a hairline fracture on his right shoulder. The injury has ruled him out for atleast six weeks. He is likely to regain fitness before three-match ODI series against England.
Pandya injured his shoulder during a net session. He was part of India’s squad for three Tests, but couldn’t make his debut in the whites. The allrounder is now ruled out for the remaining two Tests against England.
BCCI in a statement informed: BCCI medical team confirms that India allrounder Hardik Pandya has sustained a hairline fracture on his right shoulder. He will take minimum six weeks to recover from this injury.

BCCI medical team will monitor his progress and rehabilitation programme and update accordingly. Hardik was struck by a ball during a net session before the start of the 3rd Test match against England in Mohali.
After the Test series, the Indian team will play a three-match ODI series against England in mid-January. The Indian team will then play three T20 matches against England.
