The Indian team is set to face the T20 Champions West Indies in a bilateral series in the United States. There would be a couple of matches in the series, which takes place at Florida’s Central Broward Regional Park.

This is Indian Cricket Board’s (BCCI) effort to explore the market in the United States. It will be the first time that the Indian team is playing an international match on the US soil. They had played in Canada earlier.
“This initiative is path breaking in terms of the expansion of our great sport,” Ajay Shirke said. “It is our endeavour to make every possible effort to connect with fans in different parts of the world.”
Currently, the Indian team is playing a four-match series against West Indies in the Caribbean. The series will end on August 22. Players like Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma will directly join the team in the US.
