The Indian selectors have named India’s squad for the remaining three Test matches against England. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has made a comeback from a back strain. He proved his fitness in the Ranji Trophy for Uttar Pradesh.
Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir failed to make the cut for the remaining matches. The Indian team is now left with just two specialist openers – KL Rahul and Murali Vijay – for the three Test matches.
The selectors also didn’t consider opener Shikhar Dhawan, as he failed to find a place in the 16-member squad.
