MS Dhoni 5

This year as a captain, MS Dhoni first lost the 2015 World Cup semifinal against Australia, and then, had to bow down in the IPL final while representing Chennai Super Kings against the Mumbai Indians. But these two losses haven’t dented the confidence level of Captain Cool.

Sources close to the cricketer told Drcricket7 that the Indian captain is “hungrier than ever before” and wants to “comeback strongly” for India in ODIs and T20s.

“Ahead of the packed international schedule, Dhoni is looking to be more wins. The recent defeats in big matches have made him stronger,” a source told Drcricket7.

Dhoni is the only Indian captain, who has practically won every title under his belt. He successfully journey as a captain started with the 2007 inaugural World T20 Championship win.

Under him, India became the No. 1 Test team in the world. He won the IPL titles twice and also captained CSK to claim the Champions League.

After that, he led India to the 2011World Cup triumph at home and also guided his favourite team to win the Champions Trophy in England during the 2013 season. With so much success under his belt, it can be tough on any cricketer to maintain the same level of motivation.

But Dhoni, who is always high on self-belief, has reaffirmed his commitment to cause. “Be it against Bangladesh or Australia, MS is just the same,” the source added.
