KL Rahul is looking forward to the South Africa Test series starting at home.

After stamping his mark against Australia and Sri Lanka, KL Rahul now has another assignment in hand, South Africa Test series, starting November 5 in Mohali.

Rahul, who has scored centuries on his previous two tours with Team India, will be aiming to continue his run-scoring form against the Proteas as well.

This will be the first series of KL Rahul at home, as his previous two tours against Australia and Sri Lanka were away from home, and he scored centuries on both occasions.

“It will be a wonderful experience because these are familiar conditions,” KL Rahul said. “But then, it is just .1% different from playing away because it still does not change the fact that you are playing international cricket.”

The India Test opener said that playing at home will not add extra pressure on him, as being an international cricketer one has to remain ready to soak the pressure.

“I don’t think there will be pressure, because I believe if you have to climb the ladder in international cricket you have to learn to soak in the pressure,” KL Rahul said.
