Ravindra Jadeja continued his fine form and helped Saurashtra register a thrilling win over Madhya Pradesh in the Vijay Hazare Trophy at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.
Riding on a brilliant all-round performance of Ravindra Jadeja, Saurashtra posted an imposing 340 on the board, in reply Madhya Pradesh came mighty close and just fell short by seven runs.
Ravindra Jadeja was at his dazzling best with the bat, and he along with Sheldon Jackson ripped apart Madhya Pradesh bowling, giving no respite whatsoever to the bowlers.
Both Ravindra Jadeja and Sheldon Jackson scored centuries. Jadeja was in particular in lethal and scored a 117-ball 134, featuring six sixes and eight boundaries.
Later, the all-rounder played his part with the ball and chipped-in with a couple of wickets, including the last wicket of the innings.
