Just like the stature of India limited-overs skipper MS Dhoni, his brand value is continuing to increasing, as he has pipped track and field poster boy Usain Bolt and football star Cristiano Ronaldo in the recently released Forbes Fab 40′ valuable sports athlete brand list in the world.
MS Dhoni is currently fifth in the list, which is topped by golfer Tiger Woods. And, he is valued at USD 21 million. Dhoni’s brand value has increased from last year by USD 1 million.
The value of Captain Cool is growing bigger and bigger, as earlier he was ranked 82nd in the Forbes’ world’s 100 highest paid celebrities list, and was the the sole Indian in the list of 100 highest-paid athletes in the world.
The Forbes Fab 40 list is topped by Tiger Woods, followed by golfer Phil Mickelson, NBA superstar LeBron James and tennis ace Roger Federer.
MS Dhoni is ahead of Bolt, NBA star Kevin Durant, Read Madrid and Portugal striker Cristiano Ronaldo, Irish golfer Rory McIlroy and professional boxer Floyd.
