Team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s journey from the streets of Ranchi to reaching the helm of Indian cricket is one stunning story, which is hitting the silver screen next year.
Rhiti Sports Management, with Inspired Entertainment and Friday Filmworks, is putting this phenomenal journey, titled ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ on the screen to inspire countless youth.
Sushant Singh Rajput, who is portraying the role of MS Dhoni in the movie, insisted that he is excited to be given the opportunity to play the character of the World Cup-winning captain.
“I am immensely excited for the opportunity to play MS Dhoni on screen,” Sushant said. “He is an inspiration to the millions and Neeraj Pandey is one of the most prolific directors, looking forward!!”
The first teaser poster of ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ is already out and has received positive response from the fans on social media. The biopic is directed by national award winning director Neeraj Pandey – the maker of ‘A Wednesday’ and ‘Special 26’.
The movie will not only cover the remarkable rise of the Dhoni but will also reveal some interesting parts of MS Dhoni’s personal life to his fans, before he became a global sporting icon.
