Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s magical bowling spell has given India a chance of forcing a result in St Lucia. On the final day, India will be having 98 overs at disposal to wrap-up the four-match series. But can they do it?
The Indian team has a 285-run lead over the West Indies, and they would be thinking of a declaration sooner.

“They have a decent lead. So obviously we have to see what they do tomorrow in terms of declaration,” Kraigg Brathwaite said. “The pitch is still a good one and in terms of the time.”
“We have the key is to assess it as a batting group and decide whether to go for the win or the draw,” he added. “We will see when the declaration comes, what we will go for.”
India would be hoping to declare their innings in the first session itself. This would give Virat Kohli’s bowlers some time to have a go at the Windies team in the remaining sessions.
It is not going to be easy for the Indians to run through the Windies batting order on the final day. In the last match, they displayed a gritty performance, and managed to drew the 2nd Test under testing conditions.
The final day’s play will start 30 minutes early. Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane are batting for India right now.
