India have an upper hand over Pakistan with a 6-0 lead. Whereas in the three Champions Trophy games India have won once while Pakistan have won twice. India and Pakistan have faced each other thrice:

1.) ICC World Cup 2015: India won the toss and opted to bat first. Virat Kohli scored a 126-ball 107, while Shikhar Dhawan (73) and Suresh Raina (74) helped put up a challenging 300/7. With such great score India won the match.

Asia Cup 2014: India and Pakistan were in the semi finals of the Asia cup. India managed to score 245. The chase looked easy, and Junaid khan hit the much needed sixes which led to the victory of Pakistan.

ICC Champions Trophy 2013: MS Dhoni led India won the toss and decide to bowl first. The match got interrupted by rain and reduced to a 40-over-a-side affair.

Thanks to persistent rain the score got reduced to 102. And the Indian batsmen chased down the target in 19.1 overs.
