Kiran More at lunch, Day 2, 3rd Test

The first session has belonged completely to the England Team who resumed from their overnight total of 247/2 to 358/3 at lunch. Team India can at last cheer as they have managed to get the crucial wicket of Gary Ballance who was looking in no mood to spare the Indian bowlers. It has been a phenomenal innings of 156 runs from the left-handed batsman and his 142 run partnership with Ian Bell for the third wicket has given solidarity to the English innings.

With the Rose Bowl wicket not doing much on the day two of the test match , Indian bowlers have to produce something special to bring some action back in to this game. At the moment, nothing drastic has happened for them and even the luck has not favored the Indian bowling attack. There have been few dropped catches and other half chances in form of LBW misses, which on a lucky day could have gone in their favor. This can be very frustrating for Team India considering they have very limited bowling options and an relatively inexperienced bowling attack in these conditions.
