India’s ace pacer Ishant Sharma has finally made it to the Delhi Ranji team. Left with an embarrassing situation after a communication gap with the pacer, the Delhi and District Cricket Association named him in the squad on Thursday afternoon.
It was also revealed that Ishant Sharma will join the team from the second match onward, which will be a home game against Vidharbha at the Feroz Shah Kotla from October 8 to 11.
“Ishant Sharma has confirmed his availability from the second Ranji Trophy match but we are including him in the team right now,” DDCA sports secretary Sunil Dev said in statement.
