India Squad: MS Dhoni rested, Virat Kohli to lead against Lanka

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced squad for the first three ODIs against Sri Lanka, with Virat Kohli to lead the 15-member team. Regular skipper MS Dhoni, who is continuously featuring in the squad, is rested for the initial one-dayers.

There are no major exclusions as only Mohit Sharma and Rohit Sharma are left out because of injury niggles. Speedster Ishant Sharma has managed to keep his place in the side, while pacer Varun Aaron is making a comeback in the squad.
