After bouncing back in the last match against Pakistan, Team India is now looking forward to maintain the winning momentum against Bangladesh in Bangalore.

For Bangladesh it is a must-win situation, and they surely will be coming out with all guns blazing against India. Despite that, the Indian team is confident heading into the encounter.

Ashish Nehra, in the pre-match press conference, said that the Indian team will have to play to its potential to beat Bangladesh at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

The Indian pacer added that the team is treating every game as a knockout encounter, and to lift the trophy they have to win all the remaining matches.

“We are very confident,” Nehra said. “We have played good cricket in the last 2-3 months and hopefully the kind of firepower we have, if we deliver, we’ll definitely win the game.”

“This format everybody knows, from game one, more or less every game is a knockout game. Only two teams will qualify and there is a possibility out of four games you win three, still you won’t qualify.”

“So till the time you don’t lift the trophy, every game is a knockout game and there’s not too much room for error,” he concluded.

A win over Bangladesh will strengthen India’s chances of reaching the semifinals of the World T20, while Bangladesh will be knocked out of the tournament.
