Former Pakistani speedster Shoaib Akhtar is hopeful that the Indian pacers must have learnt their lesson after the way they bowled in the Australian tour.
“It was not an easy tour for the team. I am sure they must have learnt their lessons,” Akhtar said. “They would certainly emerge as better bowlers when the World Cup will start.”
In reality, Indian bowling looked the best in the last match of the triangular series against England, which was a virtual semifinal.
The bowlers couldn’t defend India’s low score but they certainly showed signs of improvement. Supporters are hoping they continue on this path, and take India places in cricket in the days to come.
