Hafeez goes berserk against Southern Express [VIDEO]

Mohammad Hafeez is one of those gifted cricketers that know when and how to up the ante. And, the Lahore Lions’ skipper did exactly that against Southern Express and scored a scorching 40-ball 67 to power his team to a competitive total in a must-win tie.

When Hafeez arrived on the crease the Pakistan national T20 champions had lost two quick wickets but the skipper combined with Saad Nasim to stitch a 75-run partnership for the fourth wicket.

The Lions managed to come out of a peculiar situation but the run rate was not that great to even cause a little panic in the Express dressing room.

Just when it was required, Hafeez delivered an amazing captain’s knock and derailed the Express in the final five overs of the innings.
