Bangar insisted that the wicket kept getting slower as the game progressed. But, added that the the should have chased down the target. He also defended Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who failed to take the team over the line.
The Indian coach said that it is not easy to play freely if the wickets keep falling from the other end. He insisted that Dhoni had to keep a check on the falling wickets, alongwith maintaining the scoring-rate.
Bangar, however, appreciate how Ravindra Jadeja batted at the end. He added that Jadeja is a wonderful player. Jadeja has scored very well in innings against England and Australia.
