Bhuvneshwar Kumar, however, grabbed the opportunity with both hands against the archrivals, and announced himself on the international stage.

In his very first of the match against Pakistan at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Bhuvneshwar Kumar rocked the visitors in the first ball of his debut match, dismissing Mohammed Hafeez.

The first ball of the match, pitched way outside the off-stump, swung back in quite a lot to Mohammed Hafeez, who shouldered arms, and uprooted the stump.

Interestingly, Bhuvneshwar Kumar repeated the feat of getting the first wicket on in his Test and T2oI debut, to become the first ever bowler to do so.
