India limited-over skipper MS Dhoni is on an extended break, as he didn’t feature in the Zimbabwe ODI series, and is also not part of the Sri Lanka tour owing to retirement from the longest version of the game.
But the question is what MS Dhoni is doing in his off time from cricket? Well, actually, it looks like he is making the most of his break. The posts on social media suggest the India skipper is enjoying his extended break from cricket.
Recently, wife of MS Dhoni, Sakshi Singh Dhoni shared a couple of photographs on Twitter, showing car and bikes cleaned by “the man himself”. We all know who “the man” is!
Sakshi Singh Dhoni Tweeted: “Some serious deep-cleaning of his toys … Personally done by ” the man ” himself !!!”
Another post on Twitter showed MS Dhoni doing workout in a gym in his off time. Despite been on a break, Dhoni is strived to keep himself fit, as he make return in the Indian team for the ODIs and T20s.
Earlier, it was revealed that MS Dhoni was planning a vacation with his immediate family to make best use of his time off cricket. That would be the first time after the birth of daughter of Ziva.
The Indian cricket team limited-over skipper was also supposedly planning to be a part of the Indian Army’s activities, as he has been bestowed with the honorary army ranks.
This is a much welcome break for the Indian cricket team captain, who was in-charge of the team in all three formats of the game till just six months ago.
In the Sri Lanka tour, Team India would be missing services of MS Dhoni, as he has retired from Test cricket. And, his fans will have to wait till Dhoni wears the Indian colours again in October.
