The Indian team now has another assignment in hand after their defeat in the Champions Trophy final. They will not face West Indies in a three-week long limited-overs series in the Caribbean Islands.
India, again, heading into the series as clear favorites against the ninth-ranked Windies team. The maroon-brigade, meanwhile, have a good chance to gain some ranking points against India. But, it won’t be easy by any means.
Windies have recently drawn an ODI series against Afghanistan at home. India, on the other hand, are coming into the series with bruises of final lose against the archrivals Pakistan in the Champions Trophy.
