After plenty of off-field dramas, the focus has now shifted to cricket, finally. The Indian Cricket Team has reached Sri Lanka for a two-month long tour. There they will play three Tests, five one-dayers and a one-off T20 match.
The Indian captain Virat Kohli looked unfazed from the latest controversies that surrounded him. He said that his focus is on playing good cricket in the Island nation, and he is not thinking about anything outside of cricket.

“I only have the bat in hand and my job is to go out there on the field and control what’s going on the field,” Kohli said. “That’s something that I’ve to focus on, and from the last few months I continue to do so.”
“There’s a lot of speculation and those things are not in my control. So, as I just said, my job is to go on the field and try to build the best team along with the management and try to perform. That’s my ability, which I believe in.”
