The Indian Cricket Team defeated South Africa at The Oval last weekend. They will now face Bangladesh. The Indian captain Virat Kohli has promised there will be no let-up from the defending champions on Thursday.
Now India is back to Edgbaston where they thrashed archrivals Pakistan. They know the conditions and they more or less suit them. “We played in Birmingham before,” Kohli said. “We like that pitch. It suits our game.”

Kohli acknowledged the amount of one day cricket played in the region. He also looked impressed by the way so many Asian nations have adopted to the English conditions, since three sub-continent teams have reached the semis.
“I think the players are getting more experienced in difficult situations,” Kohli said. “May be some of the teams have really surprised the opposition with the way they way they have batted and bowled in certain situations.”

Bangladesh’s bowlers held New Zealand with 265 for eight in Cardiff, it was certainly plenty of good work with ball. India have 26 of their 32 ODIs against Bangladesh, suffering just five defeats with one no result.
