The Indian team will lock horns with Australia in a four-match Test series. Pune’s MCA Stadium will host the series opener from February 23. The 2nd Test will take place at the Chinnaswamy Stadium from March 4.
Ranchi and Dharamsala will host the remaining two Tests between India and Australia. The visitors will also play a practice match before the series against India A. It will take place at Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium.
All matches, including the practice match, will start at 9:30 am local time.

The Indian team has recently won its sixth successive Test series under Virat Kohli. This season, at home, they thumped New Zealand, England and most recently Bangladesh in a one-off Test.
“I’m very comfortable with where my batting is,” Kohli said. “I thought England was the biggest series for us this season, but having won that 4-0, we want to consolidate on that against Australia.”
