Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s alertness and reflexes have made him one of the best wicketkeepers in the shorter format of the game. His prowess behind the stumps is second to none, and he has shown it time and again.
MS Dhoni showed it once again when he whipped the bails in a flash to send Angelo Mathews packing. Mathews came forward off Yuzvendra Chahal’s ball, which he missed. But, Dhoni was alert as always to end his stay.
The former Indian captain recently broke Kumar Sangakkara’s record of most stumpings in one-dayers. He also become the first wicketkeeper ever to do 100 stumpings in one-day matches. A legend indeed!
