The former Rising Pune Supergiants captain is ahead of teammate Ben Stokes and Gautam Gambhir. Interestingly, Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli has slipped to the fourth position.
Dhoni has a massive fan following across social media. He has more than 21 million followers on Facebook, 6 million followers on Twitter. He recently crossed 5 million followers mark on photo-sharing site, Instagram.
The former captain has played some crucial innings for the Supergiants this seasons. Dhoni has been a vital cog for the Steve Smith’s side in the season so far. He has held Pune’s middle-order together in the tournament.
Pune is on a verge of qualifying for the knockouts. They have 16 points in 12 matches, and need just a win to qualify,
