MS Dhoni dazzled the Feroz Shah Kotla with his power-hitting. He didn’t disappoint the crowd, which went for the match just to see him batting. He made a scorching fifty, but couldn’t take his team over the line.
Jharkhand failed to book the final date in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. They lost their semifinal match by 41 runs to Bengal. Dhoni, however, played a captain’s knock, but he was left to do too much at the end.

Dhoni scored a 62-ball, featuring four massive sixes and two boundaries. His one six even went out of the stadium. The crowd at the Feroz Shah Kotla got good entertainment from one of the best hitters of the game.
Jharkhand skipper made crucial partnerships with Sourabh Tiwary (48) and Ishank Jaggi (59). But, once he got bowled by Pragyan Ojha, Jharkhand’s hopes of reaching the Vijay Hazare final also ended.

Earlier, Bengal posted a massive 329 runs in their first innings. Their openers, Shreevats Goswami and Eswaran, scored 101 each, while captain Manoj Tiwary (75) scored a gritty fifty for his side.
Ojha, meanwhile, proved to be the difference between the two sides. He finished with a fifer in the semifinal.
