Jasprit Bumrah is likely to be back for the Indian team for the series-decider against New Zealand. The speedster missed the Ranchi one-dayer because of a niggle. Dhawal Kulkarni had replaced him in the playing XI.
The Indian team missed Bumrah dearly in the last game. Kulkarni, his replacement, proved to be expensive and also conceded runs with the new-ball. Bumrah’s inclusion will strengthen India’s bowling attack in Vizag.

Bumrah was one of the players that took part in team’s optional practice session at the Dr YSR ACA-VDCA Stadium. He bowled with vigour pace in the nets, and seemed to have recovered from the injury.
The Indian team is unlikely to make change in the playing XI in Vizag. Bumrah could be the only addition, and is likely to replace Kulkarni, as the hosts chasing no less than a win against the Blackcaps. New Zealand have never won a one-day series against India in India so far.
