KL Rahul and Bhuvneshwar Kumar have made the cut in India’s playing XI for Mumbai Test. They replaced injured Ajinkya Rahane and Mohammed Shami, respectively. Karun Nair, meanwhile, retained his place in the team.
Alastair Cook won the toss for England, and elected to bat first in Mumbai. He made a couple of changes in the squad from the last game. Keaton Jennings replaced Haseeb Hameed, while Jake Ball came in for Stuart Broad.

“Not a bad toss to lose, the seamers can come into the game early,” the Indian captain Virat Kohli said. “It’s an opportunity to do what we’ve done well over the last few matches.”
India are leading the five-match series 2-0 at the moment. A win in Mumbai will seal the series for them.
