England pacer David Willey has escaped a serious injury, and could play a part in the T20 series. The English team will be playing a three-match T20 series against India. Kanpur will host the series opener on January 26.

Willey injured his shoulder in the 3rd ODI at the Eden Gardens. He didn’t travel with the team to Kanpur, and stayed back for scan. The scan, however, has not revealed any significant damage to his left shoulder.
