Losing the 1st Test in Pune, playing on rank tuners, is a thing of the past for the Indian team. The Indian team is in complete agreement with slow tuners but not rank turners, where the ball would start spinning from Day 3 onward.
Having said that the Indian team is also against the idea of playing a Test on a green top. The Dharamshala pitch, which is getting ready for the 4th Test match against Australia, may have had a similar look on Tuesday.

Due to incessant rain and the spring season, it was natural for the pitch to grow that kind of grass. It has led to speculations that the pitch for the 4th Test would offer a plenty of bounce and pace.
Logical thinking will lead to believe that Indian team won’t cast its vote in favour of a bouncy track. Having said that, it’s also quite impossible to believe that the pacers won’t get much help from mountain top Dharamshala.

With a reputation of helping fast bowlers in the past, the quick bowlers are certain to get some help from the pitch. Later on, the pitch would be conducive for the likes of Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin.
Ashwin, in particular, would be a threat for Australia. He, however, looked a little tired after the last Test in Ranchi.
