Hardik Pandya has become a very important part of India’s limited-overs squad. He has the allround abilities and doing his job pretty well for India in the ongoing series against the West Indies.
Pandya has improved his bowling skills. He has become a viable option for his team with both the new and old balls.
“(I’m) pretty happy with the way things are going for me,” Pandya said. “I’ve been working hard on both the bowling and the batting. I’m trying to keep it simple and things are turning (out) pretty well.”

Pandya has achieved fair amount of success with the bat. In the Champions Trophy final he couldn’t finish the game, neither could he do in the 4th ODI against West Indies. But, he views them as learning experience.
“You can’t win a game sitting outside, it’s very important that you take the game deep and make sure that you read the situation. We were doing pretty fine but as I said, it was unfortunate that I shuffled a lot and I got out.”
