India is all set to take on Sri Lanka next month. Indian team is currently ranked No.1 in the International Cricket Council’s (ICC’s) One- Day International (ODI) rankings. Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday announced the fixtures for Sri Lanka tour.
Within a gap of five days after the New Zealand tour of India, Sri Lanka Tour will begin.
Sri Lanka tour of India is starting from 16th November. The cricket crazy fans will get to see their favourite team and cricketers on the field in this tour for nine matches in a row- three test match, three ODI’s, three T20’s. These will be preceded by warm-up matches in Kolkata from 11th November-13th November.
India had just recorded a historic whitewash by 9-0 in Sri Lanka’s Emerald Island.
Detailed fixture for the tour is given below:
- 16-20 Nov : 1st Test in Kolkata
- 24-28 Nov: 2nd Test in Nagpur
- 2-6 Dec: 3rd Test in Delhi
- 10-Dec :1st ODI in Dharamsala
- 13-Dec: 2nd ODI in Mohali
- 17-Dec: 3rd ODI in Vizag
- 20-Dec: 1st T20I in Cuttack
- 22-Dec: 2nd T20I in Indore
- 24-Dec :3rd T20I in Mumbai
