Pakistan off – spinner Mohammed Hafeez (Nickname -Professor) has been banned from bowling for 12 months by ICC. This is the third time in Hafeez’s career he has been banned for his bowling action.

This scenario was reported by match officials in the last month’s 3rd ODI when Pakistan played against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi.

ICC Rule states that 15-degree level of tolerance is the maximum allowed whereas he was found to bend more than 15 degrees.

Pakistani legend Wasim Akram had a word with the media in Karachi on this instance.

Akram said “I feel when Hafeez bowls more, his elbow bends at a greater angle because he gets tired from extra bowling.” Akram added “Must be painful for any all-rounder if he is not able to either bowl or bat but Hafeez now should concentrate more on his batting”

Just behind is Bangladesh’s former captain Shakib-Al Hasan with 345 pts followed by interesting Mohammed Nabi from Afghanistan with 329 and  4th position is  IPL’s Auction Top Pick for last year man from England Ben Stokes with 329 pts.

Notably no Indian All Rounder is seen in Top 10 of ODI All-Rounders.
